This Just in, It has been proven that FEAR is a LIAR.

Have you ever heard of the quote Fear is a liar?

An anonymous story just came in about how Fearless Movement helped them drop one of the biggest fears they had. That fear not only had an impact in their life, but in their families also.

The individuals father was diagnosed with Stage 4 Bone Cancer. At first they said the fear was cancer in general, but then it grew deeper then just that. They began to be afraid to be near their father whether that was doing something with him, or just in the same room. They had a fear of loss; fear of death; fear of him being gone at any point in time.

The Acknowledgement of their fear....

The individual then stumbled across Fearless Movements blog from word of mouth. By reading through our posts, they saw that fear had them in bondage; fear had gained control over not only their own life, but also their fathers. They were treating it as their fears have already come true. So then...what was the point to be afraid if they already were living through their fears?

They realized they had to acknowledge their fear.

The first part to acknowledging their fears, is writing out all of the reasons of why you should have fear. The second is to write out all of the reasons of why you should not give it control over your life. The last part of acknowledging your fears is to look over those reasons and think, is it really worth it to live in fear?

This individual stood up against their fears and saw how FEAR is a LIAR. Fearing their father was going to pass to the point where they could not even be in his presence would not make him stay alive any longer. That is when it hit them that they need to drop their fear and gain courage to embrace the many days he has left with their family.

Ever since that day, they take advantage of the time they have with him and pray for healing. They show that fear is nothing but a lie they used to once believe. Tears were brought to my eyes reading this story and how vulnerable they were to share it with us.

If this is you out there tonight, I encourage you to email us or DM us on Twitter. It will be completely confidential. We will help you and encourage you along the way of acknowledging and dropping your fear. If you feel that you cannot be that vulnerable yet, I highly encourage you to talk to someone. You are capable of overcoming ANYTHING, if you just DROP the fear that's holding you back.

To the individual sharing this story with us and allowing to write a post on it, thank you. We are so happy to have you on this fearless journey with us and we cannot wait to see the healing your father will receive. Stay Fearless, xoxo.
